Co-hosted by Arduino, DigiKey and Texas Inventionworks, this hands-on Edge AI Hackathon is open to students from all disciplines and backgrounds—whether you’ve never touched hardware before or you’re ready to push your technical skills further.
Participants will work in teams to identify a real-world social or public-good challenge and build a working prototype using provided hardware and tools that demonstrates how technology can support people, communities, or the environment. Industry and maker-space partners will be on hand to offer guidance, technical support and mentorship throughout the event. Students may register with an existing team or opt to be matched with a team by the Office of Career & Life Design. Prizes will be awarded, and all participants will gain exposure to Edge AI concepts, rapid prototyping and collaborative problem-solving.
